Neutrogena makes fantastic claims about the effectiveness of its "Hydro Boost" skin care products.
Consumers have complained, however, that some of these products do not perform as advertised. In particular, the company claims that the products' hyaluronic acid is capable of acting a sponge for dry skin, absorbing up to 1,000 times its weight in water.
