The Allegations:

Zoom, the popular videoconferencing service, has woefully failed to protect consumer's personal information and actively discloses private data to other third parties such as Facebook. Additionally, Zoom fails to properly encrypt meetings which allows hackers -- dubbed as "Zoom bombers" -- to join Zoom meetings uninvited.

Status:

The case was filed on April 14, 2020 and lated consolidated with Case No. 5:20-cv-02155-LHK-SVK, which is currently pending.
