The Allegations:

Defendants failed to disclose to customers on Ticketmaster's website that they would be enrolled in an online coupon service, the "Entertainment Rewards" program. Customers of Ticketmaster's website were charged a recurring monthly fee for the Entertainment Rewards program on the charge card they had used on Ticketmaster's website. The total amount paid by these customers for membership in the program was approximately $85 million.

The Results:

Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement approved of on August 2, 2013, all persons who made a purchase on the Ticketmaster.com website between September 27, 2004 and June 9, 2009 who were charged for membership in the "Entertainment Rewards" discount coupon program could obtain a cash refund of the amounts paid for membership that have not already been refunded, up to a maximum of $30.

The deadline to file a claim has passed.
