The Allegations:
Nearly all live events have been cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak. Ticketmaster changed its policy for providing refunds to ticket purchasers and now refuses to provide refunds to consumers for events that have been postponed or rescheduled.
Status:
The case was resolved and the plaintiff(s) filed a voluntary dismissal.
