The Allegations:

Three Wishes Foods, Inc. makes unlawful and deceptive protein claims on the labeling and marketing of the Three Wishes brand cereals. Three Wishes claims on their cereal product packages that they contain 8g protein per serving and contain "More protein," however the primary protein source in Three Wishes cereal products is chickpea protein, pea protein, and tapioca, which nutritionally provides as little as 4g of protein per serving.

Our Goals:

Our lawsuit seeks refunds for all purchasers of Three Wishes cereal. It also seeks an injunction preventing further unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, and unfair business practices as outlined in the Complaint.


The case was filed on August 19, 2022 in the United States District Court, Northern District of California.

Who is Covered:

All persons in the State of California who purchased the products between August 19, 2018 and the present.
