StubHub Failure to Provide Refunds for Events Affected by COVID-19

Nearly all live events have been cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak. Stubhub refuses to provide refunds to consumers for events that have been postponed or rescheduled.
The case was filed on July 16, 2020. On March 5, 2021, the case was consolidated with MDL Class Action, In Re StubHub Refund Litigation, Case No. 20-md-2951-HSG.
