Kimberly-Clark advertises that its personal wipes are "flushable." But the wipes are not suitable for flushing. When flushed, the wipes clog household plumbing and city sewers.

Our Goals:

Our lawsuits seek refunds for all purchasers of Kleenex Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Wipes & Cleansing Cloths, Scott Naturals Flushable Moist Wipes, Huggies Pull-Ups Flushable Moist Wipes, and U by Kotex Refresh Flushable Wipes in the state of California since June 8, 2011.

Status:

If you purchased Kimberly-Clark flushable wipes in California since June 8, 2011, you do not need to do anything at this time. We will post updates about the lawsuit on our website so check back often.

Who is Covered:

"All persons who, between June 8, 2011 and the present, purchased in California any of the following products: Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Wipes & Cleansing Cloths, Scott Naturals Flushable Moist Wipes, Huggies Pull-Ups Flushable Moist Wipes, and U by Kotex Refresh flushable wipes."
