Perfect Bar, LLC: Inflated Protein Claims
|Food and Beverage Labeling|
Perfect-brand snacks make protein claims on the front-label of their packaging that is false and misleading. Perfect-brand labels make protein claims such as '15g Protein' without stating protein quality. Additionally, Perfect-brand snacks such as Perfect Bar, Perfect Bar Snacks Size, Perfect Kids Bar, and Peanut Butter Cups, fail to provide a statement of the amount of protein per serving on their Nutrition Facts Panel.
Our lawsuit seeks damages and restitution for all purchasers of Perfect Bar, Perfect Bar Snacks Size, Perfect Kids Bar, and Peanut Butter Cups. It also seeks an injunction preventing further unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, and unfair business practices.
