The Allegations:
IMVU, a virtual reality gaming company, sold songs to its users and then limited the playback time of those songs without offering refunds.
The Results:
Pursuant to the settlement agreement approved of on February 24, 2016, all class members automatically received a refund, to his or her IMVU Account, of IMVU Promotional Credits, in a quantity equal to 60% of the quantity of IMVU Credits he or she used to pay for the Affected Audio Products.
