Hansen's Mislabeled Blue Sky Soda
Blue Sky Natural Beverages was a company in Santa Fe, New Mexico. It made natural sodas sold mostly in natural foods store and touted the connection to the healthy Santa Fe lifestyle. In 2000, Hansen's bought the company and moved all operations to Orange County, California. But for years afterward, Hansen's continued to print on the Blue Sky cans that the company was based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.After the United States District Court in San Francisco certified the case as a class action, the case settled.
