The Allegations:

The websites FromYouFlowers.com and SendFlowers.com sell flowers and other gifts. These websites charge a large service fee to deliver products on the date the customer selects. But for many customers the flowers and gifts are not delivered on time -- or even delivered at all.

Our Goals:

Our lawsuit seeks refunds for all persons who ordered products from FromYouFlowers.com or SendFlowers.com since June 2, 2013 that were not delivered on or before the specified date.

Status:

The lawsuit was filed on June 2, 2017. Next, we will gather evidence through discovery so that we can move for certification.
