The Allegations:

Flatout manufactures, distributes, markets, advertises, and sells a variety of consumer food products such as flatbreads and pizza crusts, which have packaging that predominately, uniformly, and consistently make false protein claims. Further, the nutrition facts panel on the back of the product packaging fail to provide any statement of the corrected amount of protein per serving.

Our Goals:

Our lawsuit seeks refunds for all purchasers of Flatout flatbreads and pizza crusts as listed in the Complaint. It also seeks an injunction preventing further false advertising.


The case was filed in the United States District Court, Northern District of California on July 15, 2022.

Who is Covered:

All persons in the State of California who purchased the Products

between July 15, 2018 and the present.
