The Allegations:
Food For Life Baking Co., Inc.'s Ezekiel 4:9 products, including cereals, waffles, pasta, buns, and English muffins, have packaging that claims specific amounts of protein per serving, which is unlawful, misleading, and intended to induce consumers to purchase the Products at a premium price.
Our Goals:
Our lawsuit seeks refunds for all purchasers of Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Crunchy Cereal, Sprouted Waffles, Hot Dog and Burger Buns, Sprouted Pasta, and Whole Grain English Muffins. It also seeks an injunction preventing further false advertising.

The Class included all persons in the United States who purchased the Products between December 29, 2017 and the present. The Subclass is all persons in the State of California who purchased the Products between December 29, 2017 and the present.
