Crocs Shoes Shrink Until They Don't Fit
Crocs Inc. markets its shoes made of Croslite® material as durable, water-resistant shoes for use in all environments, including the beach and pools. But Plaintiff alleges that shoes made of Croslite shrink several shoe sizes if left exposed to heat or light while not being worn, particularly after exposure to water.
Our lawsuit seeks refunds for all purchasers of Crocs shoes. It also seeks an injunction preventing further unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, and unfair business practices.
The case was filed in the United States District Court, Northern District of California on November 22, 2022. Defendant moved to dismiss on January 19, 2023; Plaintiff intends to oppose the motion.
