The Allegations:
Crocs Inc. markets its shoes made of Croslite® material as durable, water-resistant shoes for use in all environments, including the beach and pools. But Plaintiff alleges that shoes made of Croslite shrink several shoe sizes if left exposed to heat or light while not being worn, particularly after exposure to water.
Our Goals:
Our lawsuit seeks refunds for all purchasers of Crocs shoes. It also seeks an injunction preventing further unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, and unfair business practices.
Status:
The case was filed in the United States District Court, Northern District of California on November 22, 2022. Defendant moved to dismiss on January 19, 2023; Plaintiff intends to oppose the motion.
Who is Covered:
The Class: All persons in who purchased, in the United States, the Products from November 22, 2018 to the present.
The California Subclass: All Class Members who purchased the Products in the State of California.
