The Allegations:

Defendants in this lawsuit prominently represent that Blink Security Camera enable consumers to view security footage at "1080p" video quality, when they in fact, do not. Blink Security Camera provide significantly lower video quality with lower resolution, which is a critical factor that consumers consider when purchasing security cameras. Blink Camera's false 1080p resolution claims appear on their marketing of product listings on Amazon.com and elsewhere with online merchants and brick and mortar stores.

Our Goals:

Our lawsuit seeks refunds for all purchasers of Blink Cameras. It also seeks an injunction preventing further false advertising.

The case was filed on August 19, 2022 in the United States District Court, Northern District of California.

Who is Covered:

All natural persons who, between August 19, 2018 and the present, purchased a Blink Camera while located in California.
