The Allegations:

Bath & Body works has been making the false claim that Hyaluronic Acid can draw in up to a 1,000 times its weight in water, resulting in incredible hydration benefits. Scientific studies don't support this claim. Hyaluronic Acid's ability to absorb moisture doesn't even come close to this claim.

Status:

This case was resolved and the Plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed their claims.
