The Allegations:

ASUS sells the GL502 series of laptops as high-end gaming computers, without disclosing a serious power defect. The defect results in inability to fully charge batteries even while the laptops are plugged in, decreased battery life, and inferior video rendering by the GL502 laptops.

The Results:

Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement approved of on June 20, 2020, Class members that filed a claim could receive a cash benefit of up to $210 and obtain repairs. The deadline to file a claim has passed.
