The Allegations:

"Cascadian Farms" markets its frozen fruit and vegetables as if they are grown on an organic farm in the Cascade Mountains in Skagit Valley, Washington.

In truth, Defendants’ frozen fruit and vegetables are not grown on that farm or in the Cascade mountain region. Instead, the fruit and vegetables are sourced from all over the world as a part of an undisclosed multinational agribusiness.

Because of the misrepresentations, the products are sold at higher prices than competitors'.

The Results:

This case was resolved and the Plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed their claims.
