Prior to working with Gutride Safier, Ms. Simplicio was employed by the U.S. Department of Labor as an ERISA specialist.
Ms. Simplicio is a member of the California State Bar as well as the bar of the District of Columbia. Kristen received her juris doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law, in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
